Dick and Shirley's Long Time Affiliation
Because our Anthony & Sylvan pool experienced new renovation the last of October '07, we are anxiously awaiting the formal "unveiling" for the upcoming summer season. The original Sylvan pool was constructed in September of 1975. As was then, our association with the crews for this renovation was just as pleasant and rewarding. Because we were still amazed at the expertise and neatness displayed by the Anthony & Sylvan people, we took many photos of the renovation process. We are scheduled to have "river stones" placed atop the current decking and patio area in late April or early May. That should be the last phase of our backyard renovation. When that is complete, we hope to compile a photo journal , of sorts, which can be submitted to the Anthony & Sylvan Company.
We are now entertaining a third generation of swimmers. No far away vacation land could ever be better than all the entertainment we have enjoyed in our own backyard with our Anthony & Sylvan pool as the focus.

Kevin and Linda's Better Than Brand New Makeover
I had to stop and send you a note to let you know just how pleased my wife and I are with the new pool make-over we just completed this past Wednesday (10-4-06). To be honest it looks like we have a brand new pool BETTER than the one you originally installed back in 1988!!!
The REAL REASON I am sending you this letter is not about the pool but about your people. As someone that has been in sales and service for the last 31 years I must commend you on your team. The first person I met was your sales rep Ron Levine. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL! He REALLY LISTENED to me and my wife and went over all our options and what best suited our INDIVIDUAL NEEDS when it come to our pool and no one else. He DID NOT talk about other jobs and what he did but made my wife and I feel very comfortable with our decisions to go with we wanted in the remodeling. We could use more sales reps like him in today's world.
My father-in-law lives with us and is a retired GENERAL SUPERVISOR from one of the largest commercial plasterers in the world and had done this kind of work for over 40 years. I will give you a direct quote for him, "Kevin and Linda in all my years in the business I have never seen such professionalism from start to finish! These people are true craftsmen and they did a first rate job!" I think that says it all.
Now I am saving the best person for last. STEPHANIE your customer service person. I cannot begin to tell you how great she is. You was always there to answer my calls, "walk me through" every step of the way and NO MATTER HOW BUSY she was she took the time to answer all my questions. I must say Stephanie is YOUR TRUE ADDED VALUE because she knows what customer service is all about. Watch out I may try to steal her from you. Please pat her on the back for me for making this remodeling SO EASY. Big projects like this can be scary but thanks to Stephanie she made Linda and I real good.
18 years ago my wife and I made the decision to GO WITH SYLVAN for our first pool and to be honest there were OTHER LESS EXPENSIVE companies out there but when we did our research it came down to the one simple fact BACK THEN SYLVAN WAS THE BEST! Ronald and Carol Eagerly Awaiting Summer
Carol and I would like to take the time to thank you for you excellent guidance during the planning for our pool renovation. Your assistance in the tile selection, the plaster selection and the mosaic choice was invaluable. It turned out fantastic and very much to our style and character.
Carol and I are extremely happy with the renovation from beginning (your assistance) through (fantastic assistance by Dana Christ), to end. The entire renovation was such a pleasure due to the very professional attitudes of all involved; sales, scheduling, workmanship. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional, highly skilled and very neat. The demolition crew had hard work and when done you wonder how it can ever look ok again. Then the prep plaster crew worked by applying the acid wash and bonding, which in about 1/3 of the pool left bubbles in the bonding area which the plaster crew had to address before they could proceed. The tile workers, under the direction of Otilio were exceptional as were the plaster crew under the direction of Alfredo, their skill very very evident and the final finished renovation looks fantastic.
We cannot wait to get through the next month to be able to enjoy it as the weather warms up.

Joe's Rejuvenated Masterpiece
I just want to tell you that the pool plasterers have finished and the water is now filling the pool. All my fears are now gone and your guys did a great job in resurfacing the pool. Marsha's Crystal Clear Miracle
The Ansil Brite finish on our pool continues to amazes me! For the 3rd year in a row, when opened and vacuumed the water is crystal clear and balanced without adding a thing. At night with the lights on it looks like the pool is empty! I have no complaints only raves!

Evelyn and Dick's Wise Investment
We just wanted to tell you how much we love our pool renovation. Our pool is actually better than when it was originally constructed almost 30 years ago by Sylvan. The coping is not rough like our old coping was as the new has the rounded edges. The renovation is an awesome job as you can see how beautiful it is in the pictures.
Also, the workers were very particular with their jobs & paid close attention to detail. We were very pleased with how diligently they worked. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. They were great.
Again, we can’t say enough good things about the renovation. We were also very happy that our original pool built by Sylvan lasted almost 30 years without spending a lot of money to keep it looking good. Anthony & Sylvan is certainly a quality product.
