How long will a renovation
take?
Every custom renovation by Anthony
& Sylvan is slightly different, but it’s probably
much shorter than you think. A few days spread over
a couple of weeks are probably all that stand between
you and the tropical oasis you have always dreamed of.
What types of
things can be changed?
The sky is the limit with Anthony & Sylvan pools.
Options abound, including custom
finishes, tile,
decking, coping,
lighting, water
features, and specialty
features such as rock waterfalls, vanishing edges,
raised spas with spillways, swim-up bars, and underwater
bar stools.
Will the renovation
be a messy experience?
Anthony & Sylvan’s team of professionals make
every effort to be as clean and courteous as possible,
however a renovation can be a little dusty. We suggest
that all decorative items such as plants, furniture, toys,
etc. be moved away from the project site until completion.
We also recommend that all windows be kept shut to avoid
any dust entering your home. Other than that, there should
be as little disruption as possible to your everyday activities.
How much does
a typical renovation cost?
Every poolscape is unique. Some can be upgraded for
just a few thousand dollars, while the average Anthony
& Sylvan renovation is usually around $15,000. It
all depends on the degree of renovation and the options
being installed.
We know it’s important to spend as little money
as possible improving your pool and surrounding area,
and your design consultant will always keep that in
mind. But we will also always present all of your options
so that you end up with a modernization that will increase
your home’s value, save you time and money on
maintenance, and provide you with a new backyard oasis
that will renew your family and friends’ interest
in relaxing and sharing time together. Whatever your
