Operations

General Manager - Pool Divisions:
Responsible for leading the daily operations of a division, overseeing the pool sales and installation functions, and ensuring quality customer service. Responsibilities include: budgeting, forecasting and managing the division's financial statements; understanding market conditions and developing and implementing growth strategies; overseeing human resource activities and organizational development.

Retail Store Manager:
Manages retail store operations, including supervising employees and ordering merchandise. Assists customers with pool-related inquiries.

Construction Manager:
Responsible for the management of all phases of pool installation. Supervises project managers, field supervisors and schedulers to expedite the installation process.

Project Manager:
Supervises multiple projects. Manages activities of crews and acts as the primary interface with customers. Works with builders, homeowners' associations and local government officials.

Scheduler:
Responsible for the scheduling of pool installations. Assigns crews, contacts customers, ensures materials are on site, and confirms phase completion.

Installers:
Responsible for all phases of pool installation including excavation, steelwork, shotcrete (gunite), tile and coping, electrical, plumbing, and plastering.

Sales

Sales Manager:
Responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for a division, including: developing advertising programs and other lead generating activities; supervising design consultants, including scheduling floor time and distributing appointments; reviewing proposals and costing; and assisting with various administrative activities to expedite the sales process.

Design Consultant - New Pools:
Works directly with customers to custom design swimming pools and spas based on the customer's desires. Responsible for design and pricing.

Design Consultant - Modernization:
Works directly with customers to evaluate their existing pool's condition and to design renovations such as replacing coping and tile, new decking, adding a spa, or upgrading equipment.

Sales Coordinator:
Supports efforts of the design consultants and supervises sales office administrative activities.

Administration

Office Manager:
Responsible for supervising office activities including accounts payable, receivables, reception/telephone and internal reporting.

Various other administrative positions are available within our offices such as accounting clerks, retail clerks, administrative assistants and receptionists.
